
Tonia Grady - Producer/director Tonia Grady is an Award winning producer with over ten years of live broadcast television experience as well as an abundance of film and video production knowledge. Tonia also has more than 15 years of marketing, public relations and management experience. She has had the great fortune of learning the world of public relations and marketing from media giants like Terrie Williams (Terrie Williams Agency) and Von Alexander (The Alexander Agency). But However, it wasn't until after moving from New York to Atlanta in 1996 that Tonia started her career in broadcast journalism.
In 1997, Tonia created and produced a variety entertainment talk show called The Red Room which aired in the Metropolitan Atlanta area. The success of the show was phenomenal and continued to grow at a rapid rate. The show aired for four years and Tonia had become Atlanta's favorite host and socialite. The show underwent a face-lift and a name change, the new show was dubbed The Red Room Tonight with Tonia Grady (RRT). RRT was the first local television show to garner interviews with celebrities like Sean "Puffy" Combs, TLC, Kirk Franklin, Ludacris, Steve Harvey and Jamie Foxx. The show aired weekly in primetime on Comcast Cable (formerly Media One) with a reach of over 750,000 households.
In addition to enterprising her own show, Grady honed her production skills at top companies including: Fox Sports Net South, Media One, DreamWorks and CNN Financial News. As a field producer/associate producer for CNNfn she worked on shows such as "Business Unusual", "Your Money", "World Biz Today", "Entrepreneur's Only", and produced daily live shots of breaking news from the field. Ms. Grady worked her way up and over to the flagship network CNN Domestic. There, she worked on CNN's Daily live news line-ups, "CNN Live Today", "Wolf Blitzer", "Inside Politics" and "Live From". In addition to producing national and international daily newscasts for CNN, Grady carved out a niche for herself by crafting original "off-the-cuff" work. Tonia became known as the entertainment maven' at CNN because she had the "All-in-One" factor. She possessed an inside track into both the music and film industries; and her multi-talented ability to direct, write, book celebrities, produce from the field and in the newsroom, take the lead in the control room, and get the compelling stories and segments she produced on the air without missing a beat made Tonia a very sought after media producer!
Currently, Grady is heading up her own production company, Gradygirl Productions, Inc. Gradygirl is a full-service multimedia production company, specializing in film and high-quality digital video productions, independent and feature film production, documentaries, music videos, television commercials, tailored news pieces, internet video, live events, sales & marketing and Electronic Press Kits (EPK's).

Fred has several years experience as a videographer and editor. He is currently employed at World Changers Church International in Atlanta, GA as a lead videographer. Fred is very passionate about shooting and loves to work on independent video and film projects.
Kenneth
Braswell - Director of Media and Marketing
Kenneth Braswell brings a spirit and passion to the work of Responsible
Fatherhood and Community Development. It was his own experience
with his 2 daughters, ages 28 and 9 that has heightened his awareness
to the challenges faced by men seeking to establish or maintain
parental relationships when there is a divorce or separation. This
knowledge is the catalyst for the formation of Fathers Incorporated
and the future publishing of “When The Tear Won't Fall.”
In 2003, he created Father's Incorporated (FI). The organization
provided the platform necessary to explore the work of responsible
fatherhood on a local and national level. Father's Inc. was created
not only to help dads navigate the child support system, deal with
custody issues and become responsible fathers, it focused on helping
to reaffirm the benefit of fatherinvolvement. FI's main focus was
on the development of fathers of all ages and the importance of
understanding parental responsibility.
Windy White - Director of Sponsorship and Donor Relations
White is a graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelors Degree
in Psychology. Her development background includes serving as former
Executive Director for The Three Doctors Inc (www.threedoctors.com)
and Associate Director for Rutgers Corporate & Foundation Relations.
In addition to her donor development duties with Man-Up, Windy also
serves as Career Development Services Director for a NJ-based youth-oriented
education and vocational training program
Brenda Santiago - Field Producer - ATL
B. Santiago works as Producer/Writer and Production Assistant in
Atlanta. She has worked behind the scenes on music videos, promotional
spots and both live studio and concert tapings. Most recently -
Santiago wrote and produced the documentary "Underground Religion".
She is a graduate of Ohio University's School of Journalism.
Bijoux Wright- Field Producer/Production Coordinator- ATL Bijoux holds a bachelor of arts degree from San Francisco State University. She began her career at CNN, working as a video journalist, feeds coordinator, and field producer. She has also worked with BET as a talent coordinator for the Lyric Cafe and worked as an assistant to sponsorship for BET's Spring Bling '07.
Monica Gibbs - Graphic Designer, Commercial and Fine Artist Monica is a graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Fine Arts and Graphic Design. She's won numerous awards for design and illustration in print journalism from Alabama, Georgia and National Press associations. She recently returned to her home state of Alabama where she is pursuing graduate studies.
